Michael L. Weaver

Mr. Michael L. Weaver is the Founder and CEO of CTG Power Systems Intnl., LLC (CTG) and its affiliate, CTG Grid Solutions LLC, headquartered in Tampa, Florida. With over thirty years of senior-level management experience, Mr. Weaver has demonstrated expertise in cultivating entrepreneurial ventures into profitable enterprises across diverse sectors including power generation, engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), transmission and distribution (T&D), oil and gas, data management, facility, and manufacturing.

As a results-driven leader, Mr. Weaver effectively aligns internal operations with market dynamics, utilizing customer insights to inform strategic decisions. His leadership philosophy emphasizes fostering collaborative, high-performance teams committed to sustained growth, profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Mr. Weaver, a native of upstate New York, graduated with honors from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and previously served in law enforcement and dispute resolution roles. He has been recognized for his contributions to various non-profit organizations and has served on advisory committees appointed by US Commerce Secretaries. 

Currently, Mr. Weaver divides his time between Tampa, Florida, and the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, enjoying activities such as golf, boating, culinary arts, and community volunteering alongside his corporate responsibilities.
